Just a little conversion of original car to version for Japanese market.

For now CSP ext_config taken from CM for original S1.

In other parts - it's fully original car by Kunos with no changing in physics.

While I appreciate the effort, you're not supposed to redistribute Kunos files. It also goes against the RaceDepartment ToS.
