Which Ati 4850 card to buy?

Hello

I have a 4850 already (512 MB), but i would like to buy another 4850 so i can crossfire them.

It's down to these Cards:

I think one of the first three cards is the best, but i reckon they are all the same. Are they?

Would a 1GB then bugger up my 512 card?

i might be wrong but i thought to crossfire both cards had to be exactly the same card?
