Are the shift LEDs in the V8 Supercars fixed in AMS?

I'm one of those guys who drives without a visible steering wheel and very low FOV (20). This way I use the shift LEDs behind the steering wheel in the V8 Supercars.

Something I've notice on my first lap in the car is that the LEDs changes color when they are on or off.
When all LEDs are off they are shown as YYGGRR but when they are on they show as GGYYRR as shown below.

I don't know why it puts me of this much but my question is, is this fixed in AMS?

While we are at it: did Reiza fix the hard tires of this car in AMS? In SCE these tires are useless even in longer races
