Arduino and Instrument Clusters Setup Wiring for EK Civic Cluster Question

Hi I have a 1996-2000 EK Civic cluster that i am trying to wire for my rig. I have used wiring guide via Youtube based on the Arduino BMW E36 video. Currently running using sim hub to make it work. however, only speedometer, fuel gauge, and temp gauge work and my tachometer doesn’t work at all (Blue VSS wire connected to RPM signal pin on Arduino). Can anyone troubleshoot how to wire signal for RPM tachometer to work Via Arduino UNO. Using an aftermarket external Tacho as a temporary solution in the meantime.
