Apex Taxi M3 F80 - Skin for Apex's M3 Taxi

This is a recreation of the Apex Taxi M3 F80. The skin works with the M3's made by MNBA/Nizar.

This is my first public skin, any feedback is appreciated.

The plan is to add new wheels, front lip, and wing using the extension file, once I get permission from the authors.
