APEX LIGHT V1.0 - ppfilter

This is a ppfilter for Assetto Corsa. It adds a sofisticated punch while keep the dynamic reange and won't crush the blacks or highlighs. This filter has no Purescript, so if you have a message on your pureconfig that lacks purescript don't worry, it works fine.
You'll need latest version of CSP and Pure.
