All VR camera views have me on the roof of the car?

I didn't have this problem previously but I don't know why it surfaced.
I use a Quest 2 with RFactor 2, and now every camera view I use has me above the car. I have key bound to recenter the VR view but it's always above the car.

Has anyone encountered this before?

You can adjust your spot in the seat, up down and forwards and backwards. I believe the default is the arrows keys or maybe that’s what I bound them too

I don't think the seat adjustments are set, at least I don't remember if they are. But here is a guide about the rF2 mirrors. Since the mirrors are based on key combinations of the seat like alt-seatup, or ctrl-seatback, learning about the mirrors will also explain the seat mechanisms.
