I like this car so much but the auto shift won't work, I tried as described here but the car still drives slow

I tried with this settings, inside the CM
15 / 38 was default
I saved it. I press the TEST button, everything runs perfectly, the settings are saved, but when I do some race, again, same story, it accelerates slow
