Just got here, unfortunately. I haven't fully adapted to the time change yet and I've been quite zombie-like in the mornings this week.

I've been getting up so early for work for so long that I'm usually fine in the mornings and always wake up before my alarm. But as far as my internal clock is concerned we're now getting up at 4am and said clock isn't too happy about that. Should be back to feeling normal next week.
