Alerts & Profile Hovering Incorrectly

Since the new update, whenever I make my browser smaller, the Alerts/Inbox/Profile section hovers over other functions:

On what kind of browser is that happening? Works fine here in IE, Chrome and Firefox. The forum is fully responsive and should always resize to match the browser width.

Tried a hard refresh?

LOL. For some reason it's working fine at home now. Will try tomorrow on my work PC as well. My home screen is big enough, so no real reason to be worried about it here anyway.
