AI using setup

Hello everyone!

Sorry if this was asked before...

But it's possible to make AI use setup like in rFactor and F1 Challenge? Putting the .svm file in the UserData folder e adding the .svm in the .gdb file?

Hope I am clear, english isn't my strongest... Thanks!!

I completely forgot (and currently can't check) which steps in particular you had to do and which files you had to look into, but yes, I recall seeing some mentions of it being possible. Maybe try looking in the .PLR file or some of the other .ini files for a setting you have to change to make it work.
Thanks, Coffer!

I will check. If you can confirm it later, it would be great too.

Check out the post above to have AI use a custom setup.

One note about AI setup is basically you only want to spend time to tweak the gears, the wings, and maybe the ride height and brakes in some cases. The reason for this is the AI use a simplified physics model so adjustments to spring/dampers is more or less not used.

Find the setup file you created, rename it as per the above post, move the setup file to the correct vehicle folder and you should be good to go.

Cheers
