AI Long Beach 1998 (Rainmaker++) - AI Long Beach 1998

New AI for Long Beach 1998.

* New fast lane
* New pit lane
* Side L/R
* Ai_hints

Track is tested multiple times with different weather and road grip to get the better ai lane and hints.
AI tested with F1 cars - 95% strength and 50% agression.

I tried to make it raceable, especially with indy or f1 cars, like many city race location, drivers have to be really carefull, concrete walls are all around so the strategy is different than other circuits.

You spend hours to create a new AI, but you don't have the 10 seconds to create a complete folder structure with the track folder "long_beach1998" for an easy and correct installation. Tell me why? I see this so often and it makes me more and more angry. If you install a new AI to the wrong track, it will destroy this track. :mad:
