AI Duplicate Names

I'm trying to run a field of 40 cars for a car that was originally made to run ~20 (changed it in the SRS file), however the AI names, despite having more than enough paint schemes and VEH files to have a field of unique names, keep repeating. Is there some setting I'm missing? Will it fix itself in the championship mode?

Yes, its a single make series (MetalMoro MR18).

Is this the Reiza standard mr18 series, or one you have added to?
