F1 2020 AI driver ratings in game

Well, here it comes, in F1 2020 they will give stat ratings to drivers as in 2k, PES, FIFA...

I think it would be good if the drivers' ratings developed/increased/decreased through each season depending on their age/number of races/DNFs/podiums/points/team performance or other factors, but I'm guessing they might be static numbers.

At least in the "My Team" mode it seems their stats do change.
If you look the video around the 7 min mark you can see Ricciardo is 88 when he starts at 87 and Norris is 78 when he starts at 79.
