AI Car error in driving

The following problem. AI vehicle with locked rear wheels. Which ini file is causing this error? Please help. I don't want to delete the vehicle from my collection!!!

Hello wica, I checked the "tyres.ini" file for errors, but I couldn't find anything. Must be a different problem. Thanks anyway for giving me the tip.
