Add resume presentation in my server ACS

Hello to all,
I have a problem I would like to add a description to my server but I can't find any documentation to do so. I thought it was the WELCOME_PATH parameter of the server_cfg.ini file but it doesn't give anything. I would really like to have a presentation like in the example and I saw that I could also put an image.

Thank you for your advice my server is under windows server

Did you find the solution, i've searched all the web and nobody wants to help the fck....
