add arms to cars

Hello,
I have a question, I converted some cars for personal use from gtl to gtr2 (P&G mod), but no arms showed in track, file.plr is missing, there's a possibility to add arms without using 3d modellers?

cars are until now Hillman Imp and Ford Anglia
