Acc event #54 misterious key

In the description of of event #54, hotlap in Silverstone, there is a sentence saying something like this: remember in the superpole the outlap is the key

Someone knows what this message means? Which is the key?

It means you need to bring your car up to temp on the outlap (ie "quickly") because your first flying lap is usually your best bet and you only have two laps total.
