All 33 liveries are present, along with Nolan Siegel's qualifying day car.

Make sure you are installing the files manually, not through Content Manager.

Verify ui_skin.json is correctly installed.

mod looks great and i have ur road course mod witch is great but when i download this through CM and manually, it says "the archive file is either in unknown format or damaged" tbh it could honestly be a skill issue on my end or a issue with the mod
