Added the Rafa Matos Ford (VRC - Mare)

PLEASE NOTE: Fellaz i saved over my original psd to this livery and i did not want to recreate it from scratch so this is a pretty bad cut and paste job from the chevy, SORRY !!!... it looks decent on track but probably not a good idea for screenshots. Rafa appears to be a pretty competitive driver so i wanted to make sure we had him in the grid
