2023 skin texture improvements for the xs_lemans track.

-Reskin the Dunlop Bridge into the 2023 version. Used real pictures as example.
-Reskin the track officials with 100years lemans/TotalEnergies logos.
-Re-coloured the yellow/blue curbs and tirewalls.
-The Grass is more dead, so more Yellowed grass..Yes it was HOT at the 2023 version of the 24H of Le Mans.
-Reskinned the Michelin Info-tower and the sides of the main grandstand.
-Gived the Gravel more a darkyellow colour...
