I'm not sure, not really started either of them. Probably will make updates for each livery rather than adding them all at once this year
Tech3 livery shoudnt be a problem. again just the remy number

Bro Riz20 made the updated skins. You can translate the read me file in the download and it credits you and himself for the update.
I would love to do that but it's so much work to do myself
