2018 Mod for F1 2017 [ITA] - 2018 mod updated to the last Japanese Grand Prix

Full 2018 Mod updated to the last Japanese GP
For now it's only in italian, but i'll add more languages.

REMENBER TO DO A BACKUP FIRST

• Moved SAINZ to RENAULT
• Moved GASLY to TORO ROSSO
• Removed...

hello man, did you just change names or you actually were successfull moving the drivers in another team meaning that you also see their real face ?

I just changed the names, so for example if Sainz will finish on the podium, you will see Palmer's face
