Small fixes

Just some small fixes to make more accurate...

• Fixed flag wrong way around on right side doors as suggested by Zippy4024
• Fixed black window banner for #4 car as suggested by AbeWoz
• Added missing 'Made in America' lettering under flags on grey stripes at front of doors.
• Darkened grey stripes and edited map file to make slightly metallic....

as well as F1 liveries for the University of Canterbury Motorsport formula student car

It's next on my list. Gave the #29 a shakedown at Daytona this morning and had fun!
