I sent a PM to thedeadman2007, he said it was OK for me to make this skin. So... here you go

Done in HD and SD
Thanks to ML for car models

You have been saying that:
1. The steering shaft is too long
2. Rosberg name is Hamilton and vice versa

FOR STEERING SHAFT FIX:
Copy ALL files from interiors/tr2 folder to me2 folder and rename all from tr2 to me2 (replace files) You will have Toro Rosso wheel, but this will fix your issues

FOR SWITCHED DRIVER NAMES:
I made this skin in 2014 order. So that means Rosberg is the 2nd driver, not 1st like in 2013. To fix this:
1. Use a 2014 mod
2. Go to database.bin, find row f1drivers_f1teams, in column livery swap number for drivers with ID = 22 View attachment 49201

TELL ME IF YOU SEE BUGS, I WILL UPDATE ASAP

INSTALLATION:
Toro Rosso LIVERY folder has Toro Rosso livery (IMPORTANT)
HD and SD folders are skins for the livery (choose one of them)

Why is the driver protection logos on the side of the cockpit ? looks dreadful .

Even the HD Livery looks like it was just resized from 1024x1024 nothing on the livery is right at all and the resolution is non existent , I would give this mod about 3,5 from 10 if that

Because of the engine cover, I couldn't make that black with the normal livery

If you mean lowering the height, that's not possible
If you mean fixing the logos, updating now

Cars are not reversed. I made this skin for Hamlton number one driver (like in 2014)

The number of the car is reverse. LH have number 6 and NICO have number 44
