Rule says he needs to have 1L wheen he gone back to the pit, 1 lap takes about 2,5-2,7, he wouldn tt have enough for the sample if he doesn t stop on the track
They took 1.3 l sample. Wasn't that enough?
Those numbers are going at 100%...Rule says he needs to have 1L wheen he gone back to the pit, 1 lap takes about 2,5-2,7, he wouldn tt have enough for the sample if he doesn t stop on the track
Guys, I don't think it is just about not enough fuel.
Because Mclaren lied and said it was a technical problem, I think that is why he was excluded from Qualy.
Those numbers are going at 100%...
0.3L is more then enough to cruise back in the pits.
Everything is Hamilton's fault.Hamilton´s penalty is the same when Schumacher stopped his car in Monaco.
Or when Maldonado crashed into Hamilton on purpose.
Hamilton´s fault? Not making it to the pits.
Yes, but same principle - crash to give yourself an advantage. That's why Schumacher received a penalty back then and that's why Hamilton would have received one if he had crashed deliberately. The FIA would have simply extracted the fuel, realized that it wouldn't have been enough to make it back, concluded that he crashed on purpose and then given him an even harsher penalty. It's not allowed after the race, mid race or mid q. It's a rule for everybody but actually it's for Hamilton. Schumi was penilized not because he ran out of fuel but because he deliberately blocked the track.
PLAIN AND SIMPLE!Competitors must ensure that a one litre sample of fuel may be taken from the car at any time
during the Event.
Except in cases of force majeure (accepted as such by the stewards of the meeting), if a
sample of fuel is required after a practice session the car concerned must have first been
driven back to the pits under its own power.
They did not lie. It was a techincal problem. Someone forgot to put in enough fuel.
Hell yes.Surely not.
What part of this do you not understand?Like I said Hamilton failed to meet rule 6.6.2
PLAIN AND SIMPLE!
It's McLaren's own fault.
Hell yes.
And it´s actually 2.2L or so. And that´s going full throttle around the whole lap.
He stopped his car at T9, After T13 it´s downhill as well.
So a human error is a technical problem? Following this logic, spinning out of a corner and crashing would be a technical problem as well. They did not lie. It was a techincal problem. Someone forgot to put in enough fuel.
What part of this do you not understand?
EVERYONE THAT HAS DONE THE SAME THING HAS NEVER BEEN DISQUALIFIED FROM QUALIFYING.
This is a new penalty, just for Hamilton.
Button earlier this year. He did not get a thing.Who has done the same thing then? In other cases it's technical problems which can be proven. Like being stalled in a gravel trap, oil leaks etc etc
These are the numbers what Mark Gallagher Cosworth exboss said, i can t argue with you, i have no data, but i belive he knows it better than you. Those numbers are going at 100%...
0.3L is more then enough to cruise back in the pits.
