2009 British Touring Car Championship

Great race that last one. Was really pleased for Nash to win. Giovanardi and Turkington both had decent races. I have to wonder though if they will let him keep that win - I hope they do.

Collard was going so slow after the first safety car that I wasn't too surprised it all kicked off like that, all in all Airwaves have had another bad weekend really - they've lost ground in all the championships.

Knockhill should be great

I think they should let him keep the win, if he had backed off the same thing would have happened to him because Turkington was right up his chuff, so he couldnt have gone anywhere and you can see from the replay that Collard just kept moving across because he obviously thought he was clear of the front of Nash's car.

Jelley's BMW definately has had more hits than an average boy band now this year lol

Im gettin fed up with this, i used to absolutely love BTCC now its just banger racing, watched V8 Supercars yesterday and ive been watching the highlights of STCC on SVT Play and its such a joy to watch a championship where yeah they have the occasional rub but dont purposely push people around because they know they'll get away with it.

Matt neal started it

Obviously that would of been avoided by using 900 degrees of rotation with maximum steering lock. Also blipping the throttle on downshifts while talking about tyre pressure. Easy mistake made really :fwd:

i like the pictor jimmy, but this is more of what i was after.....

ah i remember that, it was after Jason Plato's move on all 3 of the leaders at Knockhill, reminded me of a Race07 turn 1 crash when one person wants to get past everyone so just dive bombs them. What made me laugh is that Plato carried on after that with only 3 wheels then spun into the last corner gravel and got boo'd.
