Optimised material textures... 4 terrains and 4 road types with side transtition... example: grass(as terrain) - dirt(as road)

So I'm trying to make my first xpack with just a simple warning sign about a jump drift I made in my track but whenever I place the object down in rtb the sign is completely black. I don't have the slightest clue why this is happening so any help is much appreciated.
