    Any way to toggle the right side in-game menu text hint 'pop-out' behaviour from fade to instant-on?

    When I'm scrolling up & down the right in-game menu, I find the fade-on behaviour of the text hints, as you move the cursor over an icon, annoying and slow. Is there a hack to make them just pop on instantly instead when scrolling over the icons? I've never been a fan of any type of window/menu...
