damper

Does anybody know whats the value I should put into motec so it knows when the dampers transition from low to high speed? Im using a workbook that ive downloaded, but idk if the values are correct for AC. Thanks.

Can someone with more knowledge than me explain how i can use heave dampers to work around certain characteristics of the car. I know the basic principles of how they work and how i can use heave springs for example to get rear wing down to get less drag. I would like to know how to use them...

Does anyone know what exactly DAMPER_GAIN does in assetto_corsa.ini? I spent some time looking for explanation, and just found different values recommended (usually 0.0 or 1.0) ? In comments it says it should be changed to 0 for G920, but how about G27/G29 for instance since it's FFB is so...
