What’s the most important aspect for you when it comes to choosing a car in Forza Horizon 4: the looks, the history, the handling – or do you want to be as fast as possible?
We have created an overview on the ten fastest cars in FH4 regarding their base speed, so get ready for the fastest ride possible!
Note: This list refers to the base speed only. It is possible to upgrade vehicles to go even faster. If you want to learn more about upgrading, check out our tutorial on how to tune cars in Forza Horizon 4.
Swedish car designer Christian Von Koenigsegg provided several of the fastest cars in FH4. The 2016 Koenigsegg Regera is one of them with a base speed of 9.2/10. Regera means “to reign” in Swedish, and these vehicles surely stay true to their name. His creator stated that the Regera will be one of the most powerful and fastest-accelerating hybrid production cars produced.
In FH4, the machine can achieve up to 252 mph (405 km/h). If you want to feel royal as well, you can purchase the car for 1,900,000 CR in the Autoshow, or acquire it through the Auction House. The Regera was also available as Festival Playlist reward, and was listed into the Forzathon Shop.
British car manufacturer McLaren drew on their Formula 1 know-how with the creation of this road car. F1 star Sergio Perez even stated: “When I first touch the brake it really feels like stopping a Formula One car.” Interestingly, one of the designers was inspired by a sailfish when it comes to the aesthetic of some of the car parts.
The P1 is available for 1,350,000 CR in the Autoshow, as well as in the Auction House. It has also been featured in the Forzathon Shop. Apart from the standard version, there is a lime green ‘Owen’s Edition’. Unfortunately, it is unobtainable but is viewable on the car selection screen of the blueprint editor.
According to rally driver Ken Block, the Hoonicorn is “the absolute most frightening thing I’ve ever driven”. Not only is this monster a beast when it comes to its base speed with up to 255 mph (410 km/h). With a score of 10/10, it also has the fastest acceleration in the game.
Do you want to become a member of the FH4 Hoonigan club? Then you can purchase an example for 500,000 CR in the Autoshow, which is an incredibly low price for one of the fastest cars in the game. The car is naturally also available in the Auction House.
Ferraris are great, but which one to choose? Maybe go for THE Ferrari. The successor of the legendary Enzo Ferrari model was one the competitor trio in 2013 with the McLaren P1 and the Porsche 918 Spyder. As the three cars are all similar in their specs and performance, a race was held at Silverstone to determine the fastest. While the P1 finished first, they were all within only half a second of each other.
LaFerrari can be purchased for 1,500,000 CR in the Autoshow, or in the Auction House. It has also been available as Festival Playlist reward.
Another Koenigsegg made it to this top list. The Agera (Swedish for to operate/act) is an exclusive limited edition hypercar with only 53 examples produced. There have been several variants of the first Agera model. One of them broke the world record for the highest top speed production car in November 2017. Spoiler alert: you will see this variant later on this list.
In FH4, the Agera can be obtained for 1,500,000 CR in the Autoshow, or in the Auction House. The model was also featured as Festival Playlist reward and in the Forzathon Shop.
In the real world, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport used to hold the world record title of fastest production car – until the Koenigsegg Agera snatched that crown away. Being produced to achieve an insanely high straight-line performance, it also boasts an acceleration score of 9.9 in FH4.
For the Bugatti Veyron, you need to save up a few more credits as it sports a price tag of 2,200,000 CR in the Autoshow. You can also find offers in the Auction House. The car is also needed to unlock the Record Breaker achievement: drive at least 258 mph (415 km/h) while passing any Speed Trap in a Veyron Super Sport.
The top four of this list all boast the maximum Speed score in FH4, a solid 10/10. One of these top machines is the Hennessey Venom GT. The car is based on the Lotus Exige but was heavily modified and only weighs 1218 kg. In Forza, it can achieve a top speed of up to 270 mph (435 km/h).
For only 1,200,000 CR in the Autoshow, this beauty could soon be yours. It is also available in the Auction House and used to be in the Forzathon Shop.
This Bugatti is named after the Monegasque driver Louis Chiron and also features a top score of 10/10 in speed. This translates to a top speed of 269 mph (433 km/h), while it also boasts an acceleration score of 9.8.
The Bugatti Chiron is more on the pricier side of this list, as it costs 2,400,000 CR in the Autoshow. Apart from the Auction House, it was also featured as a Festival Playlist reward. There also is a LEGO Speed Champions Bugatti Chiron as part of the LEGO Speed Champions expansion.
Another Koenigsegg! Now, the One:1 enters the race. Its creator called it the first ever ‘megacar’ and its name comes from the power-to-weight ratio. The beast boasts 1,360 PS and weighs 1360 kg. Despite its insanely high speed, the One:1 comes with a handling score of 9.8.
To drive around as the number One that you are, you need to invest 2,850,000 CR in the Autoshow. The One:1 can also be purchased in the Auction House and used to be in the Forzathon Shop and available as Festival Playlist reward.

Which car could possibly be the last one? Right, it’s another Koenigsegg. The Agera variant RS is the machine we already teased as being world record breaking earlier. With a breath-taking straight-line top speed of 285 mph (458 km/h) it is also the fastest stock production car in the Forza series.
To acquire this legendary hypercar, just spend 2,000,000 CR in the Autoshow or search for it in the Auction House. FH4 is the only part of the Forza franchise to feature the Agera RS. Note: the Agera RS requires the Car Pass pack DLC.
