Forza Motorsport has implemented multi-class style endurance races, as well as a beloved North American track plus a new set of series celebrating road cars turned racers in Update 11.

More content and a new feature are coming for Forza Motorsport via Update 11 - not only does it add multi-class racing, it also comes with Road Atlanta and more new content and events.

The update is called Road to Race, and one of its focuses are a bunch of cars that started in life as road-going vehicles but have been upgraded for competition. If players complete the Road to Race Tour in single player, they can earn an Aston Martin Vantage AMR GTE #97 car that raced from 2018 to 2023.

Additionally, completing the six Open Class Tour series results in players acquiring the #23 Nissan Skyline GT-R that won the All-Japan Grand Tourer Championship in 1998 and 1999. Finally, Road Atlanta will be added both in its full circuit and club configurations.

Road to Race

Each set of series in the Road to Race Tour features both the road-going and race versions of certain cars. The first one available starting August 14 will feature the Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z06 road car and its GTE counterpart, with orresponding series becoming accessible each week with the Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Huracán and Porsche 911 GT3 RS and their racing variants.

Also, check out the Open Events tab to compete in multi-class races, with the number of classes increasing from two to three and the cars in each class rotating on a week-by-week basis. The Endurance Series will also be making a return to Featured Multiplayer taking advantage of the multi-class capabilities, and a new set of Forza GT Spec Series races on rotation with either GT4, GT3 or GT2 class cars.

Additional Improvements

Finally, there have been a bunch of game fixes, the biggest of which is allowing users with a Logitech wheel to take advantage of Trueforce capabilities if their hardware has the feature. Here are all the game improvements and fixes:
  • Official support for Logitech TRUEFORCE has been added. This high-definition force-feedback functionality is designed to mimic road conditions and enhance immersion for players who are using a supported Logitech TRUEFORCE steering wheel.
  • Fixed an issue where existing liveries appeared matte after the release of the matte-glossiness slider in Update 8.
  • Fixed an issue where car liveries would render in low quality on Xbox Series X|S consoles.
  • Resolved an issue where Open Practice sessions before Career mode races would end abruptly.
  • Improvements to the shader precompile process on PC have been made when starting up the game on NVIDIA GPUs.
  • Fixed an issue where Rivals Leaderboards do not scroll past 50 entries.
  • Resolved an issue where the player car would swerve unnaturally when exiting the pit lane.
  • Fixed a game crash that could often occur on the Rewards collection screen.

The update is available now both on Steam and Xbox Series X|S consoles. For every last detail on the update, check Forza Support page.

Just looking at the fixes... the last one made me laugh,,"congratulations on your win of the 24 hours o...."CRASH!

What I think is missing is a redesign of the interface and an improvement in the diversity of cars. Additionally, they should add fantasy tracks, but with a design that allows for good online races. This update is more like the final nail in the coffin for Forza. Those working on its development either don't understand or don't want to understand the complaints and requests of the CUSTOMERS.

I have enjoyed playing this game. Easy to go racing online and at least I have had always full or almost full grids. It is best online Forza in my opinion. Forza Horizon 5 is playground, I don't like it. This and GT7 (which I also have and raced, especially this week because of that 6laps in nords) are similar online experiences in my worthless opinion.
This is the way Forza should be going forward and please never again car bowling like in Forza 4...
I still remember when turn 10 was asked about why Forza 4 doesn't have endurance races like in 3?
"I think people want to drive car bowling instead" was the answer almost. And the thing why I mention this, is that is the reason Forza Motorsport franchise (not Horizon) has been like not knowing what it wants to be. 4,5,6 and 7 all been messed up. 3 is my most played forza game. It has best tracks, careers and endurances. 8 is second most played just because it's easy to go and play online race quickly with reasonable (not anywhere near perfect) dicipline measurements to secure ok racing.
I just fear next Forza is another "car bowling" nonsense. I'll get my coat and leave..sorry.
