Perhaps the most notable addition to Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged so far, there is also a new career area.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged has released, and will continue to release, so much post-release DLC it’s nearly impossible to keep up.
However, at OverTake, we’re suckers for real-world cars miniaturised. Following the Honda vehicle pack that had us reach for the credit card quicker than a VTEC system, comes the Made in Italy Expansion.
It includes the following four cars:
Alongside the new motors is an ‘Italian Village’ environment, filled with ancient stone and a pizzeria – of course. This can be used to create new tracks in the editor, which in turn can be shared and race online.
But, as this is an expansion, and not just a car or cosmetic pack, there is a new area of the main single-player career – Creature Rampage.
A new area of the map is formed for you to play through – just like the AcceleRacers Expansion Pack – with 24 fresh events to progress through.
The Made in Italy Expansion is now available, as of 15th February 2024 for PC, PlayStation, Switch and Xbox. It is priced at £7.99/€9.99/$9.99. It also brings to an end the first, of two, season passes.
