Manager Finance & HR (F/M/D)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR​

We are looking for a Manager Finance & HR, who will be responsible for the financial operations of OverTake GmbH. The area of influence consists of internal tasks and processes and the steering of a set of external partners hired for performing various tasks related to financial reporting, taxation, legal operations and HR topics.

You, as the Manager Finance & HR, will be based in Cologne, Germany. You will be responsible for the proper handling, steering, and executing of all financial operations within the company. You are very well informed on financial and legal requirements and are able to efficiently steer all external partners involved in financial reporting. You will also oversee the areas of HR and procurement and respective contractors. You will be granted power of the attorney for the company (Prokurist).

WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE​

  • Take responsibility of the financial operations at OverTake GmbH, including budgeting, controlling, accounting, taxation, procurement
  • Ensure financial and fiscal conformity of the company’s actions at all times
  • Constantly measure and report (regularly or upon request) financial KPIs to internal and external stakeholders (Management Director, Shareholder Committee)
  • Perform risk monitoring and -reporting
  • Facilitate and support procurement processes, assist other departments with the selection and contracting of needed external partners
  • Primary contact for topics related to HR
  • As a member of the board of management, you will be (co-) responsible for the company’s operations and actions and fulfill further related tasks and duties

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG​

  • More than 5 years of professional experience as a (senior) project manager or comparable within the financial sector
  • First experience in a leading position is a plus
  • Masters-degree in Finance or a finance-related course of study
  • Flexibility to work both independently as a pro-active problem solver as well as collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver on a common goal
  • Advanced communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytic thinking with an innovative approach
  • Hands-on experience as a passionate sim racer is a plus
