EA Sports and Codemasters have announced F1 24's Season 3 to be deployed with the update to v1.10 - including the 2024 Formula 2 grid.

As the real-life title battle in Formula One looks set to gather more steam each race, fans can now also look forward to racing the final step on the development ladder below the pinnacle: With Season 3 and update v1.10, Formula 2 cars debut in F1 24 on September 16.

With them, up-and-coming drivers like Oliver Bearman (who contests his second Grand Prix in Azerbaijan this weekend, this time for Haas), the recently-promoted Franco Colapinto (who replaces Logan Sargeant for the rest of the season at Williams), or youngster Kimi Antonelli, who is set to take the seat of Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes in 2025.

Elminiation Mode Returns

For part one of F1 24's Season 3, which is set to start on September 18, Formula 2 challenges are scheduled in the form of Track Mastery events at Silverstone, Spa-Francorchamps and Lusail. At the same time, Elimination Mode returns to the F1 series - every 30 seconds, the car in last is eliminated from the race until only one remains. Elimination Mode is available exclusively in F2 cars.

Meanwhile, a new race scenario covers Bearman's F1 debut with Ferrari in Saudi Arabia, filling in for an appendicits-stricken Carlos Sainz. Completing the scenario rewards players with cosmetic items such as Bearman's helmet from that Grand Prix.

Furthermore, players can also tackle the Jack Doohan career challenge, trying to get the young Australian into an F1 seat - just like he will make the jump to Alpine in 2025 in real Formula One. Three episodes grant players three tiers of rewards.

Part 2 of Season 3, starting on October 25, will then highlight the career of Ayrton Senna. The iconic Brazilian will be the focal point of "special challenges that touch several moments in Senna's illustrious career" - although we wonder what that will look like exactly, as no classic content is present in F1 24.

For more details on F1 24's Season 3, including Fanzone team and driver picks of the player base, check out the official announcement.

Very easy to understand these numbers, this current generation of video games is bad, many don't see why to migrate to the current generation, it's not worth it, few really new games, and many remakes and remasters, with that the installed base is still huge from the last generation, and the games end up having to be made to run in the last generation as well, it's the case of F1, they can make articles saying that they evolved the game and such but it's a fact, there was no evolution like in F1 2014 to F1 2015, they are stuck because of the old generation, they just polished the game a little and put new animations it's the truth, technically, there's nothing new, they only change physics from one year to another to say they do something, this year I didn't buy F1 2024 and I probably won't buy it, playing a game from last generation made up at high prices is no longer possible, I have all the F1s on the Pc and almost all on the console, but F1 2024 will be missing for a long time, and by the looks of it at launch I won't buy it anymore.

Good, if somewhat erroneous, use of commas, but paragraphs, full stops (periods), and associated capital letters would really help here.

Ok, I'm not really fussing over syntax here - many of us are not native English speakers, but please just smack the return key every once in a while after you've finished a sentence or two. It really helps with readability.

Friend, English is not my native language, so please instead of criticism see the effort we make, if you can understand the content only, agree or not, try to imagine yourself writing Portuguese, or Russian and someone trying to correct you, taught you grammar, slang, would you like it? Try to see a glass almost full and not running out, focus on the content and not on teaching... I could point out several Portuguese mistakes he made, including in commas, but I'm here to discuss something else, not to teach.

Pay no attention to him. You made some good points by the way! ;)

I apologise if you took offence, which would be fair as I do tend to be somewhat sarcastic in general. So please never take what I say personally.

Just for your information I do actually speak German as a second language, and I welcome any criticism, corrections, being taught slang, etc. In fact I enjoy it as I learn something. I also use a number of online tools to check my grammar and use of words as well before I post anything.

So, I'm not actually criticising your English language skills, which seem pretty good to my native English speaking eyes, and better than my German skills. What I am criticising you for doing is exact same thing I would criticise a native English speaking person for doing, and that is writing a pure wall of text.

Writing a wall of text without any line breaks (or paragraphs) makes it difficult for everybody else to read. It makes it awkward to keep track of where you are reading, especially if you have to look away at any point. Therefore writing like that makes it far more likely that people will just skip over your post without reading it.

So to help you to ensure that your post is read by as many people as possible, my suggestion would be to hit the return key two times after you've made a point or written two or three sentences. Doing this will make it far easier for others to read it, and make it far more likely that you'll get your point across.
