Retro arcade racer and OverTake 'Game Release Of The Year 2023' candidate, Super Woden GP 2, has today been released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

Spanish developer, ViJuDa’s, has today released the second installment of the Super Woden GP series to those players on consoles. The port to the Nintendo Switch is the most interesting out of the three with the ability to take SWGP2 anywhere and everywhere!

Local multiplayer is also included in the port. The ability to play SWGP2 on your sofa or a train journey with friends is a really exciting prospect for such an engaging arcade racing title. Will this title outlive its competition like Circuit Superstars on consoles?

Just like the PC version, the SWGP2 console port will also feature different variants of racing. Numerous different circuit settings will also be ported over including rally stages, street circuits, night racing and circuits that resemble real-life circuits.

Super Woden GP 2 will be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S today, priced at $12.99 / €12.99 / £10.99.

It reminds me of some of my Commodore 64 games. In the writing just forgot the titles, but got quite hooked & hardcore within days.

Next RD replacement site news definitely has to be about unearthing about 1600 C64 pirate games during era 1985-87 and how to backup your cassette tapes.

Its basically top down gran turismo. Which is cool, though I really wish there was a way to adjust the camera.

Loads of fun, loads of nostalgia, definitely worth the price!

I really wish that you could adjust the zoom levels on the PS5. It's stuck a little bit too close for my liking. Plus, it would be nice to be able to adjust controller sensitivity, it feels a bit heavy and dead.
