Assetto Corsa Competizione | Lamborghini Huracan Trofeo Evo2 Confirmed for Challengers Pack DLC

Another car has been confirmed by Kunos Simulazioni on Twitter, the Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo Evo2 that is coming to Assetto Corsa Competizione on March 23rd part of the Challengers Pack DLC.

It doesn’t look like this car will be available to drive against GT3 cars as the Lamborghini Super Trofeo series is a one-make championship. The series involves exclusively Lamborghini Huracan Trofeo Evo cars in 3 continental series: Europe, Asia, and North America.

The Super Trofeo Evo2 is the latest version of the this one make series, which has seen radical aerodynamic refinements over its predecessor. Powering this car is a 5.2 litre V10 engine that delivers 620 HP.

The car joins the BMW M2 CS racing and Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II, which have previously been confirmed as Challenger Pack cars.

It’s believed by many that a Ferrari will be unveiled at the 2022 Ferrari Esports launch event on March 22nd, which is one day prior to the release date of the Challenger Pack.

At present, pricing has not been confirmed.

What do you think of one-make racing on ACC?

Track Pack should be coming in the summer as far as i know.

I also hoped that some new tracks were included, and understood that this would've been the last release in the ACC series before Kunos started to work fully on AC2, but hopefully some new track will eventually come as you said.

before kunos moves on to AC2..... they must give us all SRO tracks everywhere around the world. This is request from all ACC Sim racers.

We don't mind not getting more cars, but giving us all tracks will make this game complete and enjoyable for a loooooooomg long time.

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel that ACC is moving in the wrong direction? I find myself not playing it as much.. WHYYYYYY?

If this car only races in a one-make championship, I hope the DLC includes enough extra liveries so we can run offline races.

I don't think it is a one make championship. As SRO recently announced a new category, within GT2. Which will have the Ferrari Challenge, Lambo ST and Porsche Cup cars. And as for price i would have to guess 10 dollars max.

Do you prefer licensed hardware?

  • Yes for me it is vital

  • Yes, but only if it's a manufacturer I like

  • Yes, but only if the price is right

  • No, a generic wheel is fine

  • No, I would be ok with a replica
