Whilst PC racers have had access to 2022 SRO competition liveries since November, Assetto Corsa Competizione's console base has been left waiting. Though with the latest v1.8.10.4 version of the title, PS5 and Xbox Series S and X now also get new liveries and several bug fixes.

Assetto Corsa Competizione is currently warming up towards a major update on PC. However, it was just yesterday that console players of the game got their latest ACC refresh.

After months of waiting compared to the PC version of the game, ACC players on both PS5 and Xbox now have access to the 2022 GT World Challenge liveries. This includes the teams that competed in last year's editions of the European and American GT3 championships. It also features many liveries from various Intercontinental GT Championship races.

After the inclusion of the American Tracks Pack for console players in November, it will be a nice change to race the correct liveries. Especially at Indianapolis as the entire grid that ran the eight-hour event last year now features in ACC.

Aside from new liveries for that additional sense of immersion, Kunos has introduced many bug fixes in this latest ACC console update. The most important fix to the base game is the inclusion of a “Use Current Pressures” button in the strategy menu. No more cycling through different setup screens to prepare for pitstops. Elsewhere, graphical glitches and car selection menu ease of use issues have been addressed. The entire changelog is available on the next page.

As the ACC community waits to find out what features in the upcoming "biggest update yet," console users get a more up to date version of the game.
