Assetto Corsa Competizione's latest update, 1.10.3, adds the 2024 Fanatec GT World Challenge grid alongside a small list of hardware presets.

Assetto Corsa Competizione has been updated, and although version 1.10.3 is less about bug fixes and in-game changes, it comes with new content and hardware accessibility.

New GT World Challenge Content

The main focus of this small update comes in the form of the 2024 GT World Challenge grid. All the drivers, cars and liveries from this year's competition are included.

This update is free for owners of Assetto Corsa Competizione and is available across all game modes in the Steam version. If it has been a while since you last got behind the wheel in ACC, the up-to-date grid migt be a good reason to return and to try the new liveries and driver combinations.

Console racers, on the other hand, will have to have more patience until the update launches for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X.

Additional Hardware Support

Alongside the new GT World Challenge grid are the long-awaited compatibility and additional Force Feedback controller presets for the Turtle Beach Velocity One and the Moza R3, R12 and R21 wheel bases. These additions allow the listed bases to seamlessly connect with Assetto Corsa Competizione with the default setup options under their respective controller presets.

All the drivers, cars and liveries from this year's competition are included for free, all I have to say is: Thank you Kunos. :)
At a time when I finally found decent setting to enjoy VR in ACC with G2 Open composite VR option, decent, not great, I have given up on great VR in ACC, but it will do nicely with this 2024 season free upgrade.

So are the cars the latest versions for this years competition?

I hope you can select it in an open championship. I find the restriction of pre and post 2019 a little be inflexible

No Magny Cours, no Hockenheim, no Updates for Spa, Zandvoort, Barcelona. No Aston EVO, winner of the Spa 24hrs btw.
Just some liverys and a 2024 Serie branding.

Even with AC EVO on the Horizont, it would have been a good sign for the ACC community if Kunos has rolled out more than some cosmetic liverys.

I really feel like they owe us Magny Cours, especially as we had to buy that season update that should have included it but covid prevented them from going to scan it. I still hope they'll give it to us.

Which was free... jesus people never stop complaining...

Given their penchant for accurate, laser scanned track representation I can understand why the tracks haven't been updated. Not an inexpensive undertaking and lots of time and labor required...not to mention the track allowing them to do it. If they committed to doing that then charged folks for the updated tracks to offset the cost, there would probably be far more complaining. It's an aging sim...

If I create an new career based on the new 2024 season, the Mustang isn't in the list of cars I can select. But if I do a single race and select the new 2024 season, the Mustang is in the list of cars I can select. Seems like a little but there. Apart from that I won't complain, it was free. Shame they won't be continuing development on this title. Would have loved to seen the American and Asian series in full.

I am not complaining either, but other than the Mustang, I don't see any other 2024 cars/liveries. What am I missing? I was thinking I could pick the 2024 series in a single race and see 2024 cars and liveries added.

I didn't check liveries myself. Just noticed the Mustang was missing when I tried to start a new Career with the 2024 Season, as I was going to pick that car and it wasn't in the list, yet it was there in the Single Race mode for the 2024 Season. I expect there will be a hotfix in the next few days.

If you select the 2023 series, then go and select a car, you will see a different set of cars to choose from and when you select teams, you will see different skins and choice of drivers than if you select the 2024 series which has all the cars available for 2024 with proper team, skins and drivers.
I recommend, for variety sake, to select quick race, keep the same track and select the same team, if available, or different team but travel in time from season 2018 to 2024. You will see the different car grid trough the years.

Just take a step back and think about it again. ACC is the official SRO GT Game, and for this there is a lot of content missing. For years now. No Asian, no Ozeanien track packs, a lot of missing tracks in Europe and North America. Than the missing Cars like the Aston EVO, new Corvette. No Updates to tracks. (Btw Zandvoort is not laserscanned, just a recycled track)
I'm complaining? Maybe.
But praising some free liverys as the holy grale looks like a friendly point of View for me.

Sorry to break it to you but it's missing Aston Martin liveries. I understand we didn't get the Aston Martin evo but the least they could have done is added the Aston Martin liveries on the one we have in the game. Really lazy from kunos

An additional DLC with the remaining 2024 car, which would no doubt include their team, drivers and skins, would indeed be very welcome by all who appreciate the great SIM Kunos delivered to us.
The wrong skin on the wrong car, is not what we expect from Kunos, that is what the modding community do to fill the gaps, if any gap needs to be filled.
Getting for free most 2024 team, driver and skins, is already very much appreciated.
I believe concentrating on all the blessing we get is usually more rewarding than always thinking about what little thing is missing.

Yes - there is content missing, yes tracks need to be updated, yes there are cars that need to be added.

There are, however, commercial and licensing considerations when it comes to this stuff. They are also working on AC Evo so perhaps there are resourcing limitations to what they can do tor ACC.

And yes, any free update will be welcomed with open arms from me.
