In August of 2011, bob808 showed us this cool setup, based on an arcade machine format. The electronics beneath the surface were all modern for the era, but the vintage arcade format was great looking and very functional.
Some great photos! Reminds me of when I first started riding motorcycles, I turned up at a biker cafe on my tiny Honda CM125c. Surrounded by folks riding really impressive machinery, I felt a little embarrassed until a guy next me pointed at my bike and said "You're still one of us". It doesn't matter what rig you have, you're one of us.
My Reverb G2 VR / Fanatec setup shoehorned into a 90cmx165cm space where my fusebox / leccy meter are.
No cockpit flex here, wheel mounted to 80x40mm steel box section. 2nd hand rally seat on adjustable slider

They are not the greatest in terms of realism or sheer power, but those older Logitech wheels could last forever. I used a DFGT for almost ten years I think? And I had already bought it second hand. Regular maintenance and regreasing helped a lot I guess.
I think people should not post their normal rigs in this thread now, this is what that legendary one is for
