The conversion itself is solid, very solid. Car models look great and the file cleanup for being brought to SCE will probably mostly go un-noticed to the masses, but is welcome from someone who doesn't know enough to convert things himself at the moment.
That said, the default FFB leaves A LOT to be desired - which is not fault of the conversion, but perhaps a 'leftover' of the rF1 days. I was able to get the FFB to a C.A.R.T Extreme 'feeling' (those reading this will want to try maxing-out Caster and studying the C.A.R.T realfeel values, then adding a bit of realfeel & gmotor-setup magic, especially for Logitech wheels).
Ultimately, this mod has allowed me to cross an item off my sim-racing 'bucket-list', to drive a Panoz DP01 ChampCar - however I've only been able to hot-lap it, as the A.I. will hilariously lose it on any sort of curbing, and then get stuck in an infinite loop of donuts. Again not fault of the conversion itself, just another possible gmotor 'leftover', if you will.
I do look forward to any/all improvements that may come (tire color change for example) and would recommend this to any 'open-wheeler' fan who's willing to spend some time to bring the FFB up-to-par with what we've been spoiled with from C.A.R.T Extreme.
(Holy wall-o-text, did not expect to type that much o_o)
