Pit area is not defined, so you can race as fast as you want through it. pitbox does not show up. Z-fighting in textures. In one corner the new road surface is floating 10 cm above the previous one. Start lights are floating in the air as are random textures at places. Another auto conversion...
Thank you for this track and works quite well. I do notice a couple trees that are floating in the air but other than that the track drives nice and works very well with the ai cars. On another note I am the original designer of Meadowdale track for the Nascar 2003 game way back when(Dave Thayer). Then someone converted it over to Rfactor game. Looking forward to your conversion of Meadowdale track to Assetto Corsa. Dont have time to design tracks anymore. Good luck in your convert.
I changed them to png and they still don't show up when I launched the game with content manager, nor using the normal launcher. I love feeling stupid.
Interesting track, great that you bring all these historic rF tracks to AC :)
One of my personal fav's from rF1 was Meadowdale raceway, great track with vintage racecars. Philrob did a great job on that one. Maybe an interesting future project? ;)
Thank, Well done.
Beautiful old track but 2 issues :
- The 3th corner is too buimpy, so it is just impossib le to record a laptime !
- The vehivules look like modern vehicule and not 60's
I've fixed the third corner issue. As for the vehicles, I assume you mean the trackside vehicles? I might get around to addressing that in a week or so.
It's a two second fix, much quicker for you to do than for me to upload. Just delete the map in the track directory and Content Manager will instantly create a new one and it will work just fine.
Nice open feel to the track but there are a couple of major 'steps' in the road surface that act like speed bumps. These seem to be where one road surface meets another.
It'd be good if the asphalt and grass was feathered in a bit too - there's just a laser-straight line between them.
Thanks for the track though!
