Wiper fix for URD Maures GTR 97 0.1

Thanks for the fix. I bought this car in Nov 2023 and the issue still exists. Come on URD, you need to fix it in your downloads. I am not buying anymore cars from you knowing this is how it is with you guys. Terrible support.
