Wiper animations for URD cars (requires CSP 0.1.76+) 0.2

Brilliant and thank you so much for breathing some new life into these. It's a shame URD did make a little effort to update their older mods, but I guess that's what the community is for. That being said, I wish I'd known you were doing these earlier, then I wouldn't have gone the challenging route by doing all of this in Blender for the PX cars and the EGT AM LOL. At least now I can skip the others and just enjoy your work :)
