VRC Formula North America 1999 — Singalis-inspired livery [Fictional] 1.0

Hello all,

Much like my previous livery release here, this one is also inspired by the survival horror game, Signalis. I wasn't expecting to be moved by it so much, so here's hoping this is enough to get it out of my system.

This livery is based on one of the game's factions, the Eusan Empire. There is not a lot of reference material for it, so I took it upon myself to make their own set of sponsors.

It's also the first time I'm implementing a graphic on the sidepods using Krita, it was a good learning experience.

Once again, I hope it finds a home. Enjoy.
