In 1999, the driver lineup was a revolving door. Many drivers raced for multiple teams and different sponsors over the course of the season. Dennis Vitolo's primary ride was this Nicoderm CQ sponsored car, run by Payton/Coyne Racing. I've done my best with to recreate the car as faithfully as possible. Unfortunately, pictures of this particular car are rare, and some portions of the livery changed every race, so I took a little bit of artistic liberty to make the best car that I could.
This should fill in the last hole in the driver lineup for 1999 that ran most of the races.
There are still a few cars from the season that have yet to be created. I'm hoping to complete one or two of them if the resources are available.
