Over 50 hours of work has gone into creating the definitive version of the Visa Cash App RB VCARB 01 for VRC's magnificent Formula Alpha 2024 for Assetto Corsa in the highest quality possible.
Description:
This skin has been based off of the paint scheme that Visa Cash App RB ran during the 2024 F1 Preseason Testing in Sakhir, Bahrain. I consider this to the purest version of the car, with the most paint, least carbon, and lots of reflective chrome sponsors. All reference of the car was collected from screenshots during live streaming of preseason testing for the best accuracy.
As an added challenge, I have gone and created this whole paint scheme using nothing but 2D UV mapping without the use of a 3D template. This allows for cleaner near-perfect lines and logos that look better on the difficult and curvy surface of the car's body.
Install:
1. Drag the "content" mod folder to c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\assetto corsa
2. Confirm the overwrite of any files and to merge any folders
3. Make sure you are using content manager and shaders so that the helmets and tires load into your game.

I also disable blur effects so that it's easier to get everything in focus all the time. Finally, I like to use a lot of zoom-in (ctrl +scroll) and to have the camera placed far away to help mimic the types of photos I take of cars on the racetrack. I hoe that helps!
