Virginia International Raceway (VIR) Fast AI 1.0

New AI line for VIR by dazzyb2k3 found here:

Edited the existing AI line using the AI Spline Editor app and AI hints to significantly improve lap times, improve side by side racing, and reduce crashing.

Works with GTs, prototypes, and open wheelers except the VRC formula alpha 2024 and URD Loire 07 (random spins and driving off track)

I welcome anyone to edit and improve this as they see fit.
