I am glad to provide you with a big visual update for real night version on Valencia (Jeddah style). Now with working lights all over the track. It's full redesign, I updated 95% of the textures of buildings and objects on this map, made 3D models of several buildings, including the three-tiered Jeddah hotel and pit-lane. Of course, the buildings are not real from Valencia, for the most part they are just a fantasy buildings.

Features in 1.0 version:
- Working night street lights all over the track
- Reworked buildings, asphalt and other objects textures in neon night style
- New buildings - Jeddah hotel, skyscrapers, pitlane
- New global illumination and postprocess filter, now its better lighting in game. No more weird black shadows.
- New sponsors on ground and adboards
- New camera replay, no more ugly blur and shaking cameras from GRID
Knows issues:
- A piece of terrain disappears in one of the cameras on the replay, maybe I will be delete this camera in the future
- a well-known bug with pink texture of garage from the ports of tracks F1 2010-2012

Or just install any season mod from mod section for F1 2014, most of these already included support for Valencia.
(if you dont do this, you will can't see Valencia Track on your menu, dont forget make backup your database file)

To clarify:
- Its reshade graphics, I set a small tint texture, which creates a better hazy lights. Therefore, the final mod will look a little different, but nothing prevents you from downloading reshade by yourself.
- the cars mod is also mine, but it only works with my custom database F1 2013, release is not possible for now.
