Final update!

-added custom driver helmets (Green and Frijns are still from the 2018 skinpack by dead end)
-added custom tires
-added custom uniform crew textures
-added uniform window textures

Another Update!

-added new, 2020-style driver plates
-fixed some errors with skin_maps.dds
-added logos on #28, #33, #99
-adjusted livery for #4
